Jumper from AllSaints

Today I've spent the day wrapping presents with Ted before travelling home to Leicester tomorrow to spend Christmas with my family.

Baby should be home from work any minute, so we're having a festive evening in together before she and Ted leave me for AGES.

I'm a huge fan of brown wrapping paper with string, as I'm sure you can tell from previous birthday posts and such, but for Christmas I feel like it's a bit of a cop-out. My mum always makes such an effort with gifts, lavishly wrapping them in gold, so I'd feel awful if her gift was just wrapped sloppily.

I found this gorgeous white twinkly wrapping paper in the Book Shop on Stoke Newington High Street and bought the ribbons from John Lewis. I think the colours are beautiful together.

Right, I'm off to cook Festive Teriyaki Salmon (the only thing festive about it is the bow on my head and my sparkly tshirt...).
