Fraff | June

  • The Glory 281 Kingsland Rd London, E2 8AS United Kingdom (map)

Fraff is a stand up, sit down poetry night for drunks and dyslexics compered by Peter Kay lookalike Scottee.

Each month a bunch of show offs give poetry a go, the result is one big drunken, rhyming mess of naff poetry, look form puns and funny stories.

After finishing their residency at Rich Mix, Scottee and his gang of drag queen rhymers, poofy poets and moody lesbians head to their new home - East London’s hottest performance boozer The Glory!

 This months line up includes:
 Hunt & Darton
 Jonny Woo
 Benjamin Louche (Double R Club)
 Ginger Johnson
 Katy Baird
 Cheryl Dole

‘If you steer clear of spoken word nights thinking they’ll be over-earnest, difficult, uncomfortably emotional, high-brow or boring, here’s a night for you that’s none of those things.’
